To help purify airways:

Roll a small amount of King of Thieves Roll On Blend onto the palm of your hand, rub your palms together for 2 seconds, being careful not to get the blend on your fingers. Then cup your palms over your nose and breathe:

-in through nose, out through your mouth;

-in though mouth, out through nose

for 5-10 breaths.

You may also apply King of Thieves Roll On to your chest & upper back (think lung area) and gently massage this blend into your skin.
